Things don't always go as planned

Yreka, CA-- Article:

Today, I planned on doing things in a particular order and I did. Except, things fell into place much better than I could have ever dreamed or imagined today.

I have been in Yreka since I was arrested on Saturaday for a bogus restraining order filed by the very same people who are in favor for the recall for Randy Darrow on the up comming election slated for June.

I was only booked and was never jailed for 273.6 PC. Which also says that I have no crimanal past record or have ever been in prison like Tony Ross, the Cheif of Tulelake would like to have people believe. Like Tony's Ross's recent comments in the last regualar city council meeting. Where Tony Ross on record compared James Garland (TNT) to Richard Roth, a past felon and murder. Which will be dealt with as James Garland is now in the process of sueing the city of Tulelake for the city council reenstated Tony Ross before the investagation has been completed by Siskiyou or the FBI.

I spent the last two night sleeping in the Siskiyou County Police Department Lobby with permission and have been experiencing what it is like to be homeless in Yreka. In the process I have met many homeless people who are now my new friends and I am theirs. I will write those stories when I get home.

Right after the postings on TNT I am going to be heading home. How I am going to get there has not been determined yet. But I have accomplished all that I had planned on doing right after I was arrested and laughing all my way to Yreka for the bogus restraining order and the free ride by the Tulelake Police Department to start my legal process and intervier several Top Law Enforment officers and meet the Assistant District Attorney today outside the District Attorney's office in the Yreka court house.

On my way home, finally.

James Garland of TNT
