Alex from Russia standing up for his rights in court... (Part Two)

There was a short recess as the jury was lead out of the court room by the Bailiff. During this time the Judge went over the questions submitted by the jury.

After a 15 minute break with the jury out of the presence of the DA Quin and Ms O'Connor Alex's defence attorney then judge read the questions out loud and the Judge, Quin and Ms. O'Connor discussed the jury's concerns or question they needed answer during this section of the trial against Alex. They discussed how they would answer the questions before they jury was brought back into the court room.

After all parties had been satisfied with their answers to the jury now. The judge then ordered the jury back into the court room by requesting the bailiff lead the jury back in. The judge once the jury was seated announced that court was now in session and back on the record. The questions were asked and answered this time but this time in the presence of the jury. Now that that had been done and both sides were happy with the results the CHP officer Black was allowed to step down off of the stand but with the stipulation he was subject to recall.

Next to take the stand was the arresting CHP officer Ride Reader with 6 years experience as a CHP officer.
