Yreka, CA-- Log 5
I am very tied today even though I did get some sleep last night but it was cold again out in the elements.
Right now, I am falling asleep while I am trying to post blogs today.
I am keeping the blogs short today, just to make blog posts.
Everything was OK when I first woke up this morning as I gathered my things and put them in my shopping cart. Yes, I have now upgraded to a shopping cart. It makes it much easier to carry or push things around with me that I need.
There are many people around downtown Yreka that are reconizing me and that I write the local news for Tulelake on my blogs and that I am standing up for my first amendment rights with my blogs on TNT.
Standing up for what one believes is not an easy task. But, I am doing the best I can under the circumstances. There are lots of things I need to take care of back home, but I have yet figured out how I am going to find the money to pay for them or to do it yet.
Things will work out they always do in the end for the best.
In the process, I misplaced something I will need when I get back home, I just don't know where I left them or if I will ever find them again.
I backed tracked this morning looking for them, but it was not where I was sleeping as I went back to look there. The only thing I can think of is I may have left them at the court house when I filed the two filings yesterday for the Judge to give them case numbers and apporove of them.
I will check on Monday to see if someone may have turned them in to the lost and found at the court house, if they have such a thing.
They might be at the court house on when you have to removed everything in your pockets.
Oh, well...
I have at least acomplished filing two of the of the files I had planned on doing before I left. I will get an answer from the Judge on Monday for the two filings I did yesterday. It was a lot of work but I did it. Now all I have left are two complaints to write against the Tulelake Police Department. It was alot of legal work to do for someone in Pro Per. Next things to do over the weekend:
1. Complaint number #017 against R. Able
2. Complaint number #018, the second complaint against Tony Ross, Cheif of Police for Tulelake, CA.
