Tulelake, CA— Interesting Day and Evening in Tulelake
The sights and sounds of summer are my favorite time of year. Not that wintertime is a bad season or fall or spring. For me though I have always loved summer time. Summer time is the season where we can be out doors with family and friends. Go swimming, hiking or just out at night in the cool breeze taking a stroll walking down the streets of our little community of Tulelake, CA.
I saw earlier in the evening several families taking a walk with their family. Walking is a great exercise and it does not take much effort to do it. Besides for some people like me it is an easy way to lose weight in the process. I started walking around Tulelake back in the colder months of April and May and now it has become a habit. A good habit that has benefits of building a healthier heart as Paul as he likes to be called, the Tulelake Health Center Doctor would say. I have heard that advice from other professionals not just the medical field but in other fields of spiritual health that I have met most recently on my trips to Yreka. CA.
Where I have met over the last six months many new friends from all walks of life. I have had the honor and I am humbled by all the homeless people on the streets I have met to people high up on the food chain in Yreka, Tulelake, Weed, Klamath Falls. I have learned from my life experience to take roadblocks and temporary detours and turn them in to positive things in your life to over come the bad Karma that some people live their lives to throw onto others. When in reality they are the ones who need to change their ways and stop blaming others for their shortcomings in life. In psychology one of the things taught is called, “Who has the Monkey.” Some people try and throw their monkeys on your back when in reality the are the ones with the monkey on their backs and it is time they start seeing that blind spot about themselves that others see; but apparently they do not.
They need to learn to stop blaming others for the monkey on their back and stop trying to throw what belongs to them, “their monkey” and take responsibility for what they do, not others. By facing “FACTS” and the TRUTH about themselves instead of trying to blame others for their actions, not the person they want to blame it on. Sometimes in life the TRUTH hurts and some people are unable to handle the TRUTH about them selves, instead want to blame others who point out the TRUTH they are unable to face because they have yet to take the time to look in mirror themselves. Matthew 7:1-5
"Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."
It was nice to see the Class of 2014 street painting on Main Street in front of Tulelake High School and the Family Resource Center aka the Honker at night. People should take time and walk by and see the Class of 2014 and the fading years 2013, and 2012.
As example the following ones from the Class of 2014 that got my attention were ones by Kendra, Rene and Rupert with PS 37:4 “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He Shall give you desires of the Heart.” (NKJV) Then there was the one painted by Wayne Will where he painted and walking in his fathers, foot steps. Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written.” (NKJV)
Where earlier in the day I was hungry after leaving the Catholic Church Service and had no money to place in the offering, as I have none. Well, I take that back I have $2.42 cents and 62 cents in my bank account. But I did not have the cash with me. I was hungry and remembered they might have some food at the Baptist Church where Carnival was going on. I was invited to get a hot dog or hamburger by Pastor Bob but when I got to the kitchen someone there after I got there came in and said, “The kitchen was CLOSED. Another gentleman who was there with me saw to it I got a hot dog, a bun and some mustard for my hot dogs I had to pick apart to eat. But like Jesus said he will feed those in need and those that do will be blessed and those that deny his elect will answer to God for their lack of wisdom and not heading to what they have been taught all while claiming they a “Christian”. Instead allowing their resentfulness to overcome them for whatever reason they have not come to terms with the person they resent. It is hard to know how to fix something when a person has no idea what so ever why they loath them so much in the first place and if they think others don’t know or see it they need to think again and ask the Lord for forgiveness, not me. As I have already looked the other way many times and have forgiven them and ask that the Lord do the same.
You see what they don’t know and have not asked is I do not have much food in my house either that I cannot eat due to my teeth. Which I need to find a ride to Dorris for my dental appointment on Thursday at 1:00 PM and hitch hiking to Dorris from Tulelake on State Highway 161 where there is very little traffic to be picked up by is not going to happen. I may have to cancel the appointment again. And I have been there and tried that one before on State Highway 161. No one will pick you up, except where I got lucky on my very first trip back from Yreka on February 25, 2014 where I was picked up by a man named John from Klamath Falls who wanted to see the Wild Refuge and gave me a ride all the way home that day. Where I arrived just before noon from my very first trip to Yreka courtesy of the Tulelake Police Department.
Where it was claimed and a police report filed stating I was in Tulelake at 6:30 AM that morning. Where in fact I was at McDonalds at 5 AM that morning and I had handed a note to one of the clerks at Rite Aide at 7:40 AM to give the Pharmacist in Yreka just before I caught the Stage Bus to Weed that day. And the only way I get to and from Yreka, CA is by hitch hiking. Now how could I be in Yreka on the morning of the 25th of February and then be in Tulelake at 6:30 AM, then be back in Yreka to catch the Stage Bus to Weed and then arrive back in Tulelake by being picked up by John from Klamath Falls, OR and arrive at noon. Humm? Sounds kind of fishy don’t you think and I am not the only one that thinks that, maybe it is time some people start admitting the TRUTH before it is too late for them, then Karma will really be coming down on them when it ends up at trial, the one soon to be set and for them to be on the stand retelling their story under OATH.
Karma is a beautiful thing. All I have to do is sit back and wait and watch it all happen against those who have come against me. I don’t have to lift a finger for some thing they have done to themselves and have no one else to blame, BUT THEMSELVES in the END.
