Making threats in a public meeting by the Chief of Police, Tony Ross

When a department head makes threats against his employers he had best have the evidence to present before making such threats in a public meeting.

Such as labor laws and the Brown Act. One must read them first before accusing a city council member(s) as well as a private citizen when making threats in public and on record for the following reasons:
