Unrelated Crime

Tulelake, CA— “Click”

It seems a person can hear the sound of someone saying, “click” at over 75 yards away in a normal voice but cannot recall the words that were exchanged during that time. Or state exactly what she said during this confrontation at a city council hearing over a citizen complaint against the Chief of Police.

Why was she looking in the direction behind her as she claims she was walking eastward away from the direction she was coming from. While walking away she is yelling from a north western facing position apparently with her head turned in the other direction seeing and hearing things from behind her?

What was she doing looking in the direction behind her and noticing things she claims she heard and saw as she faced and was walking in the northwest direction, instead of the one she claimed she was walking in all while facing in the opposite direction as being an south eastern direction.

In other words she was looking and facing a northwest direction in order to be yelling and screaming on February 10, 2014 at a person over 75 yards away while claiming she was headed in a south eastern direction towards her home. What was she doing looking in that direction in the first place if she was heading home as she claimed?

Why was she looking behind herself as she was supposedly walking away in a southeastern direction, at the same time she was able to see and hear things. Could it be in fact she was facing a northwest position, not the one that was described on record at a hearing for Tony Ross on March 17, 2014 from the recorded statement on record from that hearing that night.

Where Tony Ross stated on a document that on July 8, 2014 James Garland was not going to be providing any additional information while in custody for an unrelated crime.

First of all one has to be convicted of a crime to claim one has been committed. There are no charges beyond June 3, 2014. So how could James Garland be in custody for an unrelated crime? Unless of course it was a false arrest to begin with made by Tony Ross.

The same person who is on the Brady list according to the recent story in the Herald and News and where Tony Ross has claimed he would hold a public meeting on the charges that were levied against him in violation of a civil rights issue back in February 2013 reported most recently in the Herald and News with the rehiring of Tony Ross as Chief of Police.

The hearing that took place on March 17, 2014 is another violation of the Brown Act by not notifying all parties involved and yet was approved by the city attorney. The same attorney that defended Ross in his civil suit against the city of Tulelake some years back before she was reinstated as the present city attorney for Tulelake, CA.

Where there still has not been any official statement from the city of Tulelake for the citizen’s complaint of misconduct from the city of Tulelake, CA, other than what was in the minutes from the meeting on March 17, 2014 as requested by Tony Ross?
