Deal or no deal

What needs to be known is there was no deal made by the DA of Siskiyou County in the case that was before the court. If people are saying otherwise they have no idea what they are talking about. The violations were dismissed out of the interest of justice.  But what is new for Tulelake and this group of vindictive people in Tulelake. They need to get a life.

The real reason I left Tulelake was to get as far away as I could from these people but it did not work out that way. Living on the Big Island was not paradise for me, as some people would like to look at the island to be. It is expensive to live there, and if your income is not enough to survive; it is then not paradise.

I was living in Ocean View where it was a three mile walk up and down hills to the main stores in Ocean View. Ocean View was an hours drive to Kona, and at least an hour and half to Hilo from where I was living at the time. The places I needed to go to take care of business were either in Kona or Hilo. Sure there is a bus but I did not want to bother with it and that was my choice. Plus, I ended up getting depressed and you would of thought just the opposite would have happened. But it didn't.

I did have one roommate who did once in a while when he was living there before he moved out, take me places, so I could see some of the sites and sounds of the Big Island. Mike was only there for the first two months, then he moved out.

There were four other roommates who lived there when I first arrived, but that is another story for another time. At times it was insane with all the things that went on there and has been for a long time.

In the meantime, I have been back since the end of September staying with friends in Tulelake, until I could find a new place to live. I have found that place with a person, where I rent a room and share the house with him. It is a nice house, and it has taken me a while to get back into the swing of writing again.

I could have stayed in Tuleake and sued the city of Tulelake for false arrests, but as they say you pick your battles and it was not worth it. It is time these people move on and I am trying to do the same but if they try and go out of their way as they have been known to do. I will sue this time.

So if they happen, to see me visiting in Tulelake it is best they mind their own business as I will take them to court this time. I stayed low key while I was staying with my good friends and the church that have helped me to land back on my feet again.

But from this time forward as I no longer live in Tulelake or have any plans to do so. I do however have a place elsewhere and I will not be so forgiving the next time, if they choose to cause me any further problems. I will go and visit my friends in Tulelake, rather they like it or not.

I gave a lot of things away and have started over with my life and it is time they do the same. But it does not mean in the future if I shall chose to, that I will write stories about Tulelake and the surrounding area as I see fit. Now that my writers block has lifted and I am able to write stories again; but they may or may not be about Tulelake, but whatever I choose to write about; including my time in Hawaii and where I am living now.

Aloha!
