What a difference going from a place where some people did not like to share and were all about themselves on the island of paradise. To where now I have a roommate that is more than willing to share.
On the island when you are dealing with five people being forced to use one bathroom because one person felt the second bathroom belonged to her. Or where the big screen TV was hers alone even though when you rented the room it was advertised that there was a big screen TV in the family room for all to have access to not just one person.
Available immediately , fully furnished bedroom. All you need is your clothes, your own food, your own personal hygiene, bath soap, tooth paste, shampoo. I have dishes, tupperware, utensils, pots, pans, washer, tv, wireless internet. Bbg, grills, lots of pa rking. I have home gym with s nautilaus machine and smith machine and 1200 lbs of free weights. This is on a one acre property and a very quite neighborhood. All utilities included, there is a large family room with a big screen tv. This is a 6 month lease and also a $50 non- refundable deposit. This is on the BIG ISLAND in Ocean View As the above ad states "there is a large family room with a big screen TV.
Where three people were more or less forced to use one refrigerator for all their food stuff, while one person had use to a refrigerator to her self and she kept an eye on things to see what everyone was doing. Karlene felt because she was the ex-wife to the owner and paid the electric as her share of the rent and paid on the satellite that everything belonged to her. She had a way of making people feel very uncomfortable living there. And she did. She would count how many showers people would take a day and complain about it to Dan, her ex-husband the owner of the house.
It was Dan's responsibility, as the owner to make sure there was enough water in the catchment tank for everyone of his tenants. Karleen also felt the kitchen was hers too.
Along with the bathroom that ONLY belonged to Karleen. She would complain about how many times Sherry and her son Shay would take showers. Karleen and Sherry just tolerated Karlene like the rest of us.
When the other roommate Mike was still there he would at least offer to give me a ride to town to buy groceries or what ever else I needed to do. But Mike was only there for the first two months that I lived in Ocean View. Then he moved out and Milton moved into a room that another roommate Steve was kicked out of and later allowed to move into the room Mike had at the back of the house in August. Because Sherry, Shay and Steve did not like each other. And when Milton moved in he just kept to himself just like I did.
This was Karleen's bathroom.
This was a bathroom everyone else was forced to use.
It is sure nice to have my own bathroom now and I only have to deal with one person in the house instead of five people. Instead of being stuck in my room I am at least in a house where my present roommate is not here very much as he spends most of his time at school and studying when he is home. I see very little of him and he is at least not selfish like a few of the past roommates, like Karlene and Steve.
