Administration officials say they will battle press attempts to ‘delegitimize’ Trump
Klamath Falls, OR--- This new administration is not off to a good start. When the White House speaks, the information needs to be correct and truthful, in-order for Americans to believe what they say is, the truth. When the information is not truthful, it hurts their creditability. When there are already questionable situations that reflect trustworthiness. Such as not revealing income tax returns. If there is nothing to hide, why not release them.
Claiming things that the rest of world knows for a fact is not the truth. Because they can see it for themselves. But those on the right only see what they want to see. They have blinders on. It is all about their agenda and be dammed with everyone else and true facts. Not only is this president unstable and insecure, they are as well. At all cost, they want their president to be right, even if it means they have to look the other way, knowing deep down he is wrong.
They don't want to admit, that they themselves, may have made an error in judgement, for voting for this man, in the first place. Until, they take their blinders off, they are not going to, ever see, things as they really are, in reality. Even if it means, they drag the rest of us down, with them.
Putting out false information is not what true leaders do. True leaders are about the truth, not falsehoods, that only make themselves look good in the eyes of their supporters, and be damned with everyone else.
If this president was not fearful that he may not be a legitimate president, he would not be fighting so hard to stop an investigation into the tampering in the election. What is he afraid of, that the truth may reveal, that he is not as legitimate, as he seems to think he is. Until it is known for a fact that this past election was not tampered with, people will never be able to feel comfortable believing he is a legitimate president.
And as long as a Press Secretary holds press conferences releasing false information claiming it is the truth. The majority of the American people are never going to trust not only this Press Secretary but the President at his word as well. Alternative facts are not the truth, they are lies.
Matters of Size White House press secretary Sean Spicer said that Donald Trump's inauguration was the most viewed in history, but that claim is unsubstantiated.
Donald Trump's 2017 swearing-in was the most viewed presidential inauguration in history.
