GOP stole a seat on Surpreme Court

President Trump told the Senate on Wednesday to "go nuclear" and eliminate Democratic filibuster rights if that's what it takes to confirm Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.

Trump: Go nuclear on Gorsuch vote if needed

Klamath Falls, OR-- The outrageous obstruction of Merrick Garland’s nomination to the Supreme Court — the 10-month-long stonewall by Senate Republicans that not only stymied the high court’s ability to do its job but effectively stole the nomination of a new justice from President Obama.

It is Ok to have a filibuster rule for Supreme Court justices than allow the seat to sit empty indefinitely. That’s the so-called nuclear option. The filibuster rule is acceptable as long as it your party that has the majority in the senate. But let the shoe be on the other foot by denying the exact rule the minority party had no problem having in their favor at the time. Now they want to change the very rule they had no problem having when they were in the minority.

The GOP love to obstruct when they are in the minority and claim it is their right, but yet whine when the opposite becomes reality. The do as I say, not as I do party. It is Ok to be the obstructionist when they feel it benefits their party. However, want others to not be able to do what they have been known to do in the past. The party that yells and screams and wants everyone to come together, yet have had no problem doing the exact opposite when they were in the minority.

This country is never going to come together as long as the hypocrisy continues from the right.

The speaker’s microphone was still on, however, and he can be heard muttering:

‘Waste of my f*cking time.’

See video below. The hot mic moment can be heard at 1:16.
