Hasan Piker reviews viral MAGA hat video in Texas. But is this proof that a civil war happened yesterday?
Klamath Falls, OR—Trump supporter that was caught in a viral video may have been motivated by vile racial slurs
But the rest of the story. "Teen in MAGA hat reportedly made racist comments before man snapped" and Conflicting reports over what prompted attack on teenage Trump supporter.
The seconds-long video starts about halfway through the attack, but Richard and two friends who were with him said there wasn't much build up. They said they had gone to the Whataburger at Nacogdoches Road and Thousand Oaks around 2 a.m. (Violation of Texas Curfew Law) and never made eye contact or any gestures toward the man.
San Antonio, Texas - Youth Curfew Ordinance. On June 22, 2009, the Curfew Ordinance was revised to make it unlawful for juveniles to be out after 11:00 pm to 6:00 am 365 days a year. The Curfew has the following features: The Curfew applies to persons who are 16 years of age or under.
Curfew Basics
Cities in Texas create individual curfew ordinances. They are typically restrictions during the week, weekends, and during school hours. They apply to minors between the ages of nine and 17. For example, in San Antonio it is illegal for a minor to ..." walk, run, stand, drive or ride in or about a public place" within the city limits from 9 a.m to 2:30 p.m. during the week when school is in session. The curfew also exists from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. during the week, and from midnight to 6 a.m. on weekends.
Penalties and Enforcement
Curfew penalties are typically misdemeanors, punishable by a fine of up to $500. It is unlawful for a parent or guardian to knowingly allow or permit a minor to violate curfew ordinances. Parents are liable for fines assessed for a minor's curfew violation. Police officers identify the offending minor and his parents or guardians, and send a warning notice to adults and the department governing youth services.
In the original footage - posted online by Hunter's mum - restaurant worker Kino Jimenez, 30, can be heard saying: "F*** the President" before pouring a drink over him.
So where was Hunter's mum during this attack? Was she at home or elsewhere knowing her son was out past curfew (Texas Curfew Law), which is against the law that she is responsible for him violating it according the Youth Curfew Ordinance posted above. Then Hunter's mum posts the video knowing very well her son was out past the Youth Curfew Ordinance (Texas Curfew Law). The curfew also exists from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. during the week, and from midnight to 6 a.m. on weekends.
What was her son doing put at Whataburger at Nacogdoches Road and Thousand Oaks around 2 a.m.? So much for being a responsible parent? Hunter's mum along with her son Hunter Richard, the 16-year-old teen out after curfew. No mention of Hunter Richard, the 16-year-old teen being out after curfew though, huh?
The man accused of hurling a drink in the face of a Texas teen inside a Whataburger restaurant and then stealing the 16-year-old’s “Make America Great Again” hat was arrested Thursday, officials said. San Antonio Police identified the suspect late Thursday as 30-year-old Kino Jimenez.
“Kino Jimenez was located in Universal City, Texas,” police said in a statement obtained by Fox News. “Universal City police officers took Mr. Jimenez into custody without incident.” Jail records Friday morning showed Jimenez was detained on a warrant for theft of person. A jail spokesperson later told Fox News that Jimenez’s bond was set at $5,000 and he was booked and released on bond the same day. The incident, which was captured on a video that soon went viral, reportedly happened Tuesday at one of the burger chain’s restaurants in San Antonio.
But a witness said Friday he overheard the group of teens joking about “hanging blacks” and killing off minorities just moments before Jimenez lashed out at the teen. “They were talking about, for the Fourth of July, [that] hanging black people from trees would be the perfect party,” the witness
“You ain’t supporting s— n—-!” Jimenez is heard saying on camera after tossing a large drink in the direction of the person filming the video. He then walks away with the hat while muttering “b—- a– motherf——” as one of the other teens sitting at the table appears stunned.
The events preceding the video were not clear. Hunter Richard, the 16-year-old teen who says he was wearing the hat, told WOAI some of his hair was ripped off as Jimenez removed it from his head.
The events preceding the video were not clear. Hunter Richard, the 16-year-old teen who says he was wearing the hat, told WOAI some of his hair was ripped off as Jimenez removed it from his head. “I support my president and, if you don’t, let’s have a conversation about it instead of ripping my hat off,” he said. “I just think a conversation about politics is more productive for the entire whole rather than taking my hat and yelling subjective words to me.”
There was no word Friday if the original hat has been recovered, but there have been offers for Richard to receive a replacement cap signed by Trump himself.
“If someone can get me this young man’s information I’ll get him a new #maga hat… SIGNED by #potus!!!” Donald Trump Jr. tweeted Thursday night.
A spokesperson for Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., also told Fox News hours earlier the congressman was looking to see what he could do to secure the teen a signed hat. “Don’t let a few left bullies stop you from showing your #MAGA!”
Brad Parscale, the president’s 2020 campaign manager, tweeted in reaction to the video.
Brad Parscale I would love to send this teenager a signed @realDonaldTrump hat and stand with him in #SanAntonio. There are hundreds of thousands that will stand with you there. Don’t let a few left bullies stop you from showing your #MAGA! @FoxNews
A Texas teenager who supports President Trump says he was assaulted by a drink-throwing stranger at a Whataburger restaurant -- all because he was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat." Rumble San Antonio Says It Fired Accused MAGA Hat Attacker
Kino Jimenez, who is accused of attacking a teen wearing a MAGA hat, has been fired by Rumble, a San Antonio bar, which wrote that its employee’s alleged actions “go against everything that this establishment stands for.” After the establishment’s comment thread started filling up with remarks about the MAGA incident, Rumble deleted its Facebook page.
“We have since terminated this employee, as his actions go against everything that this establishment stands for. Rumble has, and always will be, a bar that is as inclusive as any establishment could possibly be. THIS BAR IS A SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE! No matter your race, creed, ethnicity, sexual identity, and political stance, you are welcomed here! We do not condone the actions or behavior that were displayed in the cell phone video, and we never will. If you have any questions or concerns please message us privately. We support and appreciate your business.”
But before firing Kino Jimenez the Rumble did not take time to investigate the rest of the story where these minors were out after curfew with parental permission. Which makes the parent responsible for their conduct after 2 AM in the morning. All before the Incident report by the police where they were having a conversation about hanging blacks. Talk about jumping the gun, Rumble you take the prize. So much for #MAGA.
The teen’s mother originally shared the video on Facebook, writing, “Please help ID this ‘Scum BAG of the Year!’ My son and his friends were eating at Whataburger on Thousand Oaks last night. His friend was wearing a Patriotic Hat and this happened! It would be nice to know who he is for someone to let him know his actions are not ok! Real tough guy… approaches a group of teenagers minding their own business just having a burger! He kept his hat too! Scum bag!”
Once again Hunters Mom leaves out the part where her son was out past curfew, Texas Curfew Law which is also illegal that not only her son could be charged with a curfew violation, Texas Curfew Law and Hunter's Mom as well, and should be to set as an example where it was OK for her son to have a racist conversation before the #MAGA hat situation, but not break the law by being out after curfew, Texas Curfew Law..

Yeah, let's make an example of a bad parent who allows her child to be out after curfew, which is also against the law. But yeah, let's forget that part of the story because they both Patricia Thompson Spittler and her son Hunter Richard are Trump supporters.
Two wrongs don't make it right and this case should go to court and provide the real truth and nothing but the truth as to what happened at 2 a.m. in the morning by a minor and his minor friends. And where were the other minors parents in this event at 2 a.m. as well?
How about, “Scum BAG Parents of the Year!” Patricia Thompson Spittler. Hypocrite much? Patricia Thompson Spittler you and your son Hunter Richards and his friends and parents should be charged with curfew violations of Texas Curfew Law .
