GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING

ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council establish a Downtown Residential Parking Permit, per section 1.075 set parking fees via the City Manager Fee Schedule, and impose downtown parking fees by the calendar year?

                              

LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS

AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 5.250 TO THE CITY OF KLAMATH FALLS CODE AND AMENDING SECTION 5.290 RELATING TO ESTABLISHING ENHANCED LAW ENFORCEMENT AREAS AND THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF PERSISTENT VIOLATION
