How long does Trump and Senator Graham think 450,000 workers are going to keep working for FREE?

Don Lemon refutes Trump's wall claim with video

KLAMATH FALLS, OR— Lies and more lies, by the lying Trump Administration to try and build a wall.

Sanders repeats claim on terrorists at the border refuted by administration's own data. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders on Sunday repeated a false claim put forth by her and other Trump administration officials about the number of suspected terrorists apprehended at the southern border, one that is contradicted by the administration's own data on the topic.

According to statistics from the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, 2,554 people on the FBI's terrorist screening list were stopped trying to enter the U.S. in fiscal year 2017, the most recent year for which data is available. The majority — 2,170 — were attempting to enter through airports, and 49 were attempting to enter by sea.

How long does Trump and Senator Graham think 450,000 workers are going to keep working for FREE, before walking off the job, forever?

450,000 workers are NOT slaves, nor should they be expected to keep working for FREE for Trump and Senator Graham for any wall...

The report found 335 were attempting to enter by land. The State Department said in September it had no indication that any terrorists had tried entering the U.S. through Mexico.

"At year's end there was no credible evidence indicating that international terrorist groups have established bases in Mexico, worked with Mexican drug cartels, or sent operatives via Mexico into the United States," the State Department report said. "Terrorist groups likely seek other means of trying to enter the United States."

Transcript: Sen. Lindsey Graham on "Face the Nation," January 6, 2019

The following is a transcript of the interview with Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina that aired Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, on "Face the Nation."

MARGARET BRENNAN: We will turn now to South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham who joins us from Clemson. Senator Graham is someone, as we've been describing who- who speaks to the president, often shares his advice. Senator did you speak to the president this weekend about the shutdown?

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM: Yeah. It was pretty clear to me that we're never going to have a deal unless we get a wall as part of it. Dick Durbin is a reasonable guy, but he's not leading this parade. We're having to negotiate with people who want to abolish ICE, not support ICE. We're having to negotiate with people who see the Border Patrol agents gassing children, rather than defending our borders as professional law enforcement officers and we're negotiating with people who will give us one dollar for the wall, even though it's immoral and accuse all of us who support a wall as part of border security as racist. As long as the radical left is in charge we're never going to get anywhere. The president will compromise but he will not capitulate. So that's where we're at.

Trump again threatens to declare state of emergency, says he can 'relate' to furloughed federal workers.

Trump, who publicly said for the first time on Sunday that he will deliver a State of the Union address on Jan. 29, also insisted he can "relate" to the hundreds of thousands of workers who have been furloughed amid the ongoing partial federal government shutdown -- and he made clear he thinks he has their support.

"I can relate," Trump told NBC News correspondent Kelly O'Donnell. "And I’m sure that the people that are on the receiving end will make adjustments. They always do. And they’ll make adjustments. People understand exactly what’s going on. Many of those people that won’t be receiving a paycheck, many of those people agree 100 percent with what I’m doing."

Democrat Accuses Kirstjen Nielsen Of ‘Outright Lies’ On Border, Calls For Hearing

The new Democratic head of the House Homeland Security Committee on Friday ripped Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen for peddling “outright lies” about border security and called for an oversight hearing.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) made the accusation in a scathing letter to Nielsen following a private presentation to Congress in which she tried to promote President Donald Trump’s border wall by falsely claiming thousands of terrorists were apprehended at the southern border last year.

“Your border security presentation submitted to Congress today is yet another example of the misinformation and outright lies the Trump Administration has used to make the case for the President’s boondoggle border wall,” Thompson wrote, also referencing the ongoing partial government shutdown and the recent deaths of two children at the border.

Thompson asked Nielsen to appear for a hearing and requested “any documents, contracts, records, memoranda, correspondence, or other communications” related to the border wall, the “metering” of asylum-seekers at ports of entry ― which refers to the use of daily quotas ― and the treatment of children in U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody.

The chairman specifically requested documents related to the deaths of 7-year-old Jakelin Caal Maquin and 8-year-old Felipe Gómez Alonzo, two Guatemalan children who died in CBP custody.

Thompson also described the wall as a waste of resources and expressed concern about the administration “squandering American taxpayer money” on an ineffective solution for legitimate border security issues.

“In your year-long tenure, you have testified before the Committee only once,” he added. “Another appearance is overdue.” Nielsen has been given until Jan. 18 to gather and submit the requested materials.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) needs to be recalled by South Carolina for his support of Trumps' wall.
