KLAMATH FALLS, OR— 3rd Thursday Klamath Falls

Sharing with a friend on my cell phone about what is happening with Breakfast Friends Vets Park, KLAMATH FALLS, OR.

After Breakfast Friends Vets Park yesterday a person from a non-profit organization approached me and mentioned they had bought a building at 403 Pine Street and wanted to know if I was interested in writing a proposal for what I would like to see in that building with the program I have in mind and be willing to write and present a proposal to their board.

My program idea is not about me. It is about my friends in Vets Park and this organization could do it according to my vision but they can run it, they don't need me to do it. But I love and enjoy doing it with love. But it is my friends in Vets Park I am thinking about, not me. But yes I do, love doing it for them.

To my friends I am a teacher (which, I have been before) and someone who is doing something for them out of love. They keep saying my coffee is the best coffee they have ever had and they want to know what I put in it? All I put in it is my love for all my friends at Vets Park. That is my secret I don't tell anyone but they know it is done out of love for them from me. They know I care about each and every one of them.

And like when I was a teacher, I have no teachers' pets. I spend time with each of them listening to their life stories. That's another secret. Shhh! Don't tell anyone. And I do whatever I can to guide them in the right direction for their futures, not all but some. And I share all I have with love from my heart to them. And they see it in me and know I mean what I say and do what I say in any way I can to help them and lead them to go where they never thought they could go before I came along in their lives. And they know I don't put up with any BS.

How many 7:15 AM., and has the coffee ready for them by 8:30 AM and where my friends in Vets Park enjoy starting their day with a smile on their faces as they each go off on their way for the troubles and worries of where and when they will eat again and they will lay their head down to get the much-needed rest that gets interrupted during their long wait through the night to start another day hoping that tomorrow will be a better day than the ones they are going through now. And that is what they see, a man who loves them enough to do something like this for them. Who has his heart in it and they know it and see it in me as an example of those who does care for each and every one of my friends in Vets Park, KLAMATH FALLS, OR.

And on my way home from Breakfast Friends Vets Park BFVP I checked out the building I have in mind for a future home for my friends in Vets Park. Jim Garland Out and About with a wish list Klamath Falls, OR. and Jim Garland Out and About Dreaming and Wish List Klamath Falls, OR.

After the conversation with my friend in Tulelake from a the Luthern Church I am a member of it, but just have not gone there for a quite a while for personal reasons. I remembered it was the 3rd Thursday KLAMATH FALLS, OR.. I mentioned to my friend in Tulelake, CA that I was heading to the 3rd Thursday KLAMATH FALLS, OR now.

I headed down 5th Street towards Main Street when I saw who I gave the nickname sunshine, as she always has this great big smile on her face. She lives near Vets Park in a low-income apartment hotel on Main Street and she is a senior citizen who gets around in an electric wheelchair. So when I saw her on Pine Street heading toward the other end of downtown, I yell out to her, "Sunshine". And she heard me and stopped on the corner after she crossed 5th street as I was coming down 5th street. I caught up with Sunshine and asked where she was headed and that I would go with her where ever she was going. Sunshine mention she was headed to Holiday Market, Klamath Falls, OR and I offered to go with her too if she wanted me too. And she said, sure.

I followed her along the obstacle course she had to travel on the south side of Pine street heading to Holiday Market, Klamath Falls, OR so she could do a little shopping. I went inside with her and helped to fill her Holiday Market shopping bag Sunshine brought with her to put her stuff in it. As Sunshine pointed to what she wanted to get I would place it in her shopping bag. We continued through the store getting the items Sunshine came to get, and even one item that her Doctor told her she should not have, but like the rest of us, we all sometimes don't follow doctors orders to a "T" now do we? Sunshine finished her shopping and we headed to her apartment near Vets Park on Main Street, KLAMATH FALLS, OR. We departed ways and I mentioned I would see Sunshine in the morning on my way to "Breakfast Friends Vets Park, KLAMATH FALLS, OR.

Before dropping Sunshine off at her apartment door, another couple I met yesterday in Vets Park are coming tomorrow to BFVP that live below me on 5th Street and can see my Christmas lights on my balcony when I turn them on sometimes as I still have them on my balcony.

From there I headed down Main street and ran into Howard one of my friends from BFVP who rides a bicycle with a little trailer attached to it. When I came across Howard he was sharing the Word of God at a booth on Main as that is Howard and he loves God and feels God has chosen him before he was born to share the Word of God, Howard's way of sharing it. Howard and I don't always agree when it comes to God, and that he is not the only person that was chosen by God before they were born to share the Word of God. Each of us in our own way according to God's purpose for each and every one of us. But at BFVP I do not pray over the coffee or the pastries as I know when I was homeless the several times that I was that was the last thing I wanted to hear was someone preaching for forcing prayer on me but my other homeless friends around me during those times which are in my book, "Up from here".

While sitting with Howard we both were given a dinner by someone that wanted to feed us thinking both Howard and me were homeless. People do that to me all the time when I hang out with my less fortunate friends. Then a while before that another of our friends from Vets Park passed by Howard and I and stopped for a moment and mentioned he was hoping he could get something to eat for dinner too, and he did as he headed back to his resting place in his black pick-up truck that he calls home now.

And just moments after Howard and I were both given dinners, another friend and supporter of mine and BFVP handed me some cash that she wanted to donate to BFVP. This was the second time in the last two weeks that she had donated to BFVP. And I started crying tears of joy as I have only .39 in my checking account as I have used my personal funds first until the donated funds are deposited into my account as it takes about a week from the time the person donates until the funds are deposited into my account. I am waiting for a new credit card to come too that has not arrived yet but will be here soon so I can use it too for my part with BFVP that I have not already done with my checking account to buy the things needed now that can't wait for the next donation deposit to arrive and be deposited into the account.

I cried tears of joy when Nancy Sheehan made her second donation of $25.00 in less than two weeks to BFVP.

God Bless you Nancy Sheehan.

From there after Howard and I departed each others company I had just enough time to do the video above before heading home for the evening and working on this article and God made sure of that as I was headed back to Vets Park to see my friend in the black pick-up but God plans as I had used the restroom at Holiday Market, Klamath Falls, OR But my body all of sudden need a different release so I had to hurry home up the hill instead, and I will leave it at that, you get the picture I hope. If I didn't hurry home there might be a little accident in my pants.

God was saying I had done enough for one day and it was time for me to go home.

God Bless and Good Night,
