KLAMATH FALLS, OR— Today's News Weekend Edition in Klamath Falls, OR
There seems to be a bit of difference and confusion between what took place on June 19th from a 911 call made at 10:23 by the defendant. The defendant made the 911 call at 10:23 and the defendant is being denied a copy of his own 911 call by the lock put on the DA office and KFPD are unable to released reports and 911 calls to the defendant.
There was a KFPD officer in the video taken by the defendant, but there was no report made or on file that can be located at the Klamath Falls Police Department, according to the defendants search of logs and reports at the Klamath Falls Police Department.
According to the messages left with defendant from DA office and the KFPD the defendant can only get his discovery that is controlled by DA's office.
Never had any contact with Davenport on this issue. Yet, he wrote a report saying he did in T. Fox's report.
Fishy!
First chance I have had to look. The officer on the 19th of June and Davenport are NOT the same officers... just as I thought.
Next on the discovery list is the information on how many times Clyde Long has filed police reports and how many...???
You notice from the Videos Clyde Long did not say a word about those kids running all over those benches. Just the defendant for a backpack.
I hear a lot about all the 911 calls Clyde Long makes, all the time, and Clyde gets into fights with just about everyone. Clyde Long does not get along with very many people, so I am told.

FOX: "James Garland was cited and released for criminal Trespass after entered onto property of 203 Main Street."
Garland: (Really? Garland never set foot on property, period.) Prove it.
FOX: "After he had trespassed by KFPD Sargent Dennis Davenport Fox /40816/ 21:45 on prior occasion."
Garland: The only contact with Dennis Davenport was from Klamath Falls Farmers Market (See Video above of Davenport at Klamath Falls Farmers Market) and one other occasion at Vets Park. Otherwise, Garland had no contact with Davenport, before or ever, period.
FOX: "# 1901627 On Saturday June 29th 2019 at approximately 8:52 PM I responded to investigate a report Criminal Trespass."
FOX: "Note: I the call indicated James Garland had showed up at location and had been previously trespassed."
Garland: Really, news to me. As I was never served any written order or warning of any kind by any police officer from the Klamath Falls Police Department. The only time was by a verbal warning by the second video with the unknown officer on June 19th. (Which unable to get record or log entry from KFPD due to DA's hold or lock on records and 911 calls. Which also the 911 call was made by Garland at 10:23 AM, defendant James Garland.
FOX: "Upon my arrival I contacted manager of Lake Park Towers Clyde Long. Mr. Long stated Mr. Garland had been harassing people at the location and been trespassed previously by KFPD Dennis Davenport. I informed Mr. Long, the sidewalk was public Right of Way and he stated that Mr. Garland had entered the property of Lake Park Towers and placed his property on the benches.
Garland: By standing on the Right of Way, the entire time on the Right of Way, not on the property as falsely claimed by Clyde Long. And placed a backpack on the bench while standing on the Right of Way, not the property as once again falsely clamed by Clyde Long to officer T. Fox.
Fox: Mr. Long stated he wanted Mr. Garland arrested for trespassing. I contacted Mr. Garland across the street and he stated in substance he was interviewing the chairman of the event for tulelakenews.com and that he was on the sidewalk. I asked him if he was sitting in the bench/property of Lake Park Towers and he stated that he only placed his backpack in the benches so that it would not be stolen because of the large amount of people walking around. I asked him if he had been trespassed from the area. Mr. Garland stated he needed a court order to do that.
As stated, no written order or citation has ever been issued to Mr. Garland as warning about trespassing at 203, or as claimed by Clyde Long on the 911 Call and the video Mr. Garland took of Clyde Long on the call with 911.
According to the video evidence above, James Garland never stepped foot on the property at 203 Main Street, as has been falsely claimed by Clyde Everette Long, the Resident Manager, on both the 911 call and the police report to Officer T Fox.

Lake Tower Apartments.
Yes, he is standing here videoing me standing here talking to you.
And he is also harassing me.
Defendant: Ah haw, who is harassing who?
Clyde Long: Clyde Long.
(Pause) Yes.
(Pause) Yes, (Pause) Yes, he is wearing a hat and he has a yellow, a yellow wind breaker on.
And he has black pants. He's got tennis shoes, black tennis shoes on. It is a kind of a Camouflage cover.
And he is standing here videoing me. So (inaudible) so as soon as possible.
Ok. Thank you very much, bye.
Makes false claim on 911 Call and the Claim on Police report to Officer T. Fox.
According to Clyde Everette Long and the 911 call Clyde Everette Long claimed James Garland was harassing people at 203 Main Street.
Does this look like James Garland is harassing people in the video above?
But according to Clyde Everette Long Mr. Garland was harassing people and trespassing at 203 Main Street? Clyde Everette Long, not only clamed James Garland was trespassing on the 911 call. He also made the same statement to Officer T. Fox in the police report by Officer T. Fox on June 29, 2019. As well as the video recording by James Garland when Clyde Everette Long was on the phone with the 911 Operator and the transcript above from the video by James Garland HERE.
Makes false claim on 911 Call and the Claim to Officer Fox.
Fox: "I asked him if he had a conversation with Sargent Davenport and if he had been trespassed at the time.
Mr. Garland stated he was on the public sidewalk. I asked him again if he crossed onto the property to put his back pack on the benches and he stated he had."
Garland: That would be impossible as the property line is behind the benches, as it has not been proven where that property line exactly exists, and it is not in front of the benches. The only way to have placed the back pack on the benches.
Fox: "I informed him that he could not do that because he had been trespassed from there.
Garland: Really? By whose order and written documentation or warning citation? Never been presented with such a document or signed written order from Clyde Long or Davenport as it seems to have been claimed in Fox's report and Clyde Long's statement to the 911 Operator and on the video Mr. Garland took of Clyde Long making that statement.
Fox: Mr. Garland stated in substance that Mr. Long could trespass all he wanted because they are going to Federal Court.
Garland: Indeed Mr. Garland is in the process of doing just that very soon...
Mr. Garland admitted that he had trespassed, but that he did it to so his backpack would not be stolen. I issued Mr. Garland a citation for criminal trespass and he was released. This case will be forwarded to the Klamath County District Attorneys office for review and report considerations of charges.
