Judge Osborn who upped the anti on the OR, cannot be the judge to hear the contempt charge, according to my legal research...

Behind me I could hear voices yelling and screaming.

"You can't take pictures of my house.
I didn't give you permission to do it".

Which got my attention as I was videoing the area for part of the planning of the TNT Walking Tours, and the timing as to how long it would take to walk the distance from the Veterans Memorial Park and the bus stop there to the Klamath County Chamber Of Commerce.

As far as taking pictures and videos in public, it is a civil matter, not a criminal one as some would have others believe...

In defense of being threaten and yelled and screamed at from across the street from the Klamath County Chamber Of Commerce I said I was going to sue her in civil court. Where by she stated she was going to sue me for harassment, all while being the one doing the harassing and threating is kind of hypocritical one would think. Which all the threats and yelling can be heard on the videos posted with that purpose in mind, so the world could hear her unstable mind set.

Along with her paranoid behavior. Which it is time CPS start an investigation of her mental state, and that of her children, with her being the caregiver of her children. The possibility, that in the process, she is the one putting her children in danger, by her unstable mental state, and paranoid actions, tendencies and behavior. For the whole world to see and hear.

Less well, Judge Osborn when she views the videos that will be presented at a hearing for the contempt charge, and false arrest in the process of her violation of the contact order, not mine. As, I was minding my own business, and too bad she didn't mind hers. But not likely, when a person like her is unable to control their paranoid mind set. Everything she perceives is in her mind, and her mind is playing tricks on her reality. And it is time she get a reality check before she not only endangers herself but that of her children with the paranoid world she seems to live in.
