Judge Osborn who upped the anti on the OR, cannot be the judge to hear the contempt charge, according to my legal research...

Behind me I could hear voices yelling and screaming.

"You can't take pictures of my house.
I didn't give you permission to do it".

In defense yelled back while continuing to video tape the area, "Yes, I can this is the United States of America, not Russia. It's my first amendment right to so and I am going to sue you in civil court. Where she yells out that she is going to sue me for harassment. Then I called 911 after being threatened which can be heard on the video that was recorded for all to see. I made the call from my cell phone. Which there is also a record of everything I said and the 911 dispatch officer. The 911 Dispatch officer said that a police officer would be call me soon on my cell phone number. So. I said, OK. Called at least 3 more times while taking even more videos and pictures of the area. While waiting at the front entrance of the Klamath County Chamber Of Commerce.

Then I called one more time and asked if it was OK for me to continue what I was doing with taking videos for the planning of the TNT Walking Tours. And the 911 dispatch officer said he wanted me to waint for the officer to call me and to stay right there in the area. OK, so I did as he requested for me to do. But I moved towards the panic benches by the Trail sign with information about the area at the end of the parking area.

As I headed that way there was a SUV parked in front of the sign. At this point I was a bit upset as to what I was being put through with the yelling and screaming by the Agent Manager of the Lake Park Tower Apartments. Is that how she treats the seniors at the Lake Park Tower Apartments, too? Along with the threats that can be heard on the video saying, "You want a piece of me," from the male on the other side or Riverside Drive. I guess it is OK if they threaten and yet at me but I was not suppose to say a word back at them in my defense? And someone can be heard saying to him not to head in my direction anymore than he had at this point.

Where I said after he said, "You want a piece of this? As he was in an aggressive stance and posture. I said, No! I am calling 911 and he said, "Good we already have."

All of that happened and transpired before I sat all my stuff on the picnic bench and spoke with the male driving sharing with him what had just happened. Along with his female passenger about what I was being accused of taking pictures on public property at the Klamath County Chamber Of Commerce. After they drove away I kept taking pictures of the area as I could see in the distance that the Klamath Falls PD was not on that side of the street. As expected I am sure more lies just like in the Restraining Order that got dismissed by Judge Osborn back on December 2019.

Judge Osborn will get the chance to view all the videos that will be presented at a hearing for the contempt charge on Tuesday Jan 21, 2020, along with false arrest in the process of her violation of the contact order, not mine. As, I was minding my own business, and too bad she didn't mind hers. But not likely, when a person like her is unable to control their paranoid mind set. Everything she perceives is in her mind, and her mind is playing tricks on her reality. And it is time she get a reality check before she not only endangers herself but that of her children with the paranoid world she seems to live in.

Plus the Motion to have Judge Osborn disqualified and the Emergency Injuction to file, as well with the Appeals Court either by my attorney, or by me in Pro-Se.

Where the Agent Manager of Lake Park Tower Apartments at 203 Main Street Klamath Falls, Oregon has accused me of things I have not done, but in her state of mind thinks I have.
