Assault Charges being charged against the Manager at Holiday Market in Klamath Falls, Oregon
Just called 911 to have them come and check my blood pressure. I don't want to go to ER.
They are sending ER personal to come and check my blood pressure as I am on high blood pressure medication.
Don't want to go to ER and I told them no sirens
Klamath Falls PD just called and they are going to go and have a chit chat with the manager at Holiday Market right now.
My blood pressure is going through the roof...
That manager assaulted a poor senior citizen over a shopping cart by trying to remove the senor citizens bag of groceries in the parking lot in front of the store over his as he claims are his shopping carts.
And he has been doing this towards me every since the Holiday Store first opened in Downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon.
He even tried to remove my stuff out of the cart inside the store. WTF is wrong with this man, the manager at Holiday Market Klamath Falls, Oregon?
Store #63 Holiday Markets.
The Customer Service Hotline has been called about Store #63 and the abuse of a senior citizen by one of their managers 800-286-8444.
This manager at Holiday Market may have committed the following:
By trying and threatening a senior citizen because he wanted the shopping cart that the senior citizen had his groceries in that the senior citizen had bought earlier and needed to be in the cart.
Until at which time the senior citizen reach the furthest end of the parking lot at Holiday Market with the cart in order for the senior citizen to take the bag of groceries out of the cart on the corner of 8th and High Streets.
For the senior then to walk towards the seniors place of residence by leaving the empty cart then nearest the corning in the parking lot, but not remove the shopping cart in any way or shape or from.
Where said Manager gets angry when the senior citizens does this because the Manager then had to get the cart and bring it back to the front of the store for use by other customers.
But instead what this Manager did was demand inside the Holiday Market that the senior citizen give up the use of the cart so that the Manager could give it to another customer before the senior citizen had even left the store with his the seniors bag of groceries still inside the cart from the seniors recent purchases.
And as the senior was exiting with the bag of groceries the manager attempted to accost the senior as the senior was leaving the inside of the store with the seniors groceries still in the shopping cart headed in the direction of the furthest point in the parking lot in order for the senior from their to walk up the hill in the direction the seniors apartment located on the corner of the 5th and High Streets, a steep incline for a normal person, less well a senior citizen.
Where a second time outside the Holiday Market the manager once again attempted the senior by grabbing at the bag inside the shopping cart by wanting to remove the seniors bag of groceries in order to retake ownership of the shopping cart away from the senior in this process. With threats that the senior was no longer allowed to shop at Holiday again because the senior was stopping the manager from taking the shopping cart away from the senior in order to make the shopping cart available for arriving new customers.
At the expense of threatening a senor citizen to do that by wanting the bag removed out of the cart so the manager could retake physical ownership of the cart that the manager referred to as "His" shopping cart and the manager felt the senior did not have a legal right to be using it for the legal purpose that the manager felt senior did not have a right to do with "his" shopping cart.
Where once again the manager attempted to remove the shopping bag out of the cart and attempted to toss the seniors recently purchased groceries all over the ground belonging to the senior. In order for the manager to get his shopping cart to a newly arriving customer at Holiday at the expense of deny a senior citizen's legal right to still be using the shopping cart, that the manager referred to as "His Shopping Carts".
I am 65 years old and I take the cart as far as possible without leaving the parking lot to carry the rest of the load up the hill to my apt. He has a car and does not have to do what some of us seniors have to do buying groceries.
He has been like that since the Holiday Market first opened. He thinks I am homeless because I hang out with the homeless and they all know who I am.
In his eyes customers are ok as long as they are using his carts in the store but after they make their purchase, then the customers are no longer important once they leave the store.
Then he wants his carts back for the customers who just entered the store, but once they leave they are no longer customers. They are people using his carts and he wants them back.
To where he demanded I give him his cart back and leave the store and never come back and shop because he did not like hearing the truth about himself.
His carts. Like he owns them. And not Holiday Markets.
Well, now corporate is going to by the news article I am going to write and about this guy and his carts, not Holiday Markets.
