Mr Garland,

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for KTEC. For the reasons set out below, your application is denied.

The University’s decision is based upon multiple factors:

Despite receiving an explanation that the unprecedented COVID-19 situation precludes adding any additional DJs at this time, you have repeatedly demanded KTEC take specific action on your application.

You prematurely distributed written materials that had the effect of misrepresenting your relationship withKTEC,

You misrepresented yourself to people as an employee of KTEC,

Your interactions with members of the Campus community necessitated your removal from campus,

The tone, tenor, and content of your communication with staff and faculty has been inconsistent with our educational mission and disruptive,

Given these factors, the only action we can take at this time is to deny your application.

Kevin James Brown, Ph.D
Professor, Communication Dept.

Now be sure and prove every point as you are going to have to in Federal Court.

Have a good day.

1. You misrepresented yourself to people as an employee of KTEC.

Prove it Dr. Brown, you can't because it is a lie by you. Be sure and provide that proof, can't wait as you explain it to a Federal Judge.

Just another one of your lies Dr. Brown and when you can't I am going to sue you personally Dr. Brown, along with the Federal Lawsuit being filed.

You prematurely distributed written materials that had the effect of misrepresenting your relationship withKTEC,

I suggest you re-read the handbook Dr. Brown before you make even more a fool of yourself than you already have done...

Every single one of the rude staff are going to be called to testify in Federal Court, along with all the helpful students of OIT against your falsehoods, Dr. Brown.

You forget one thing I write the news and have done it for over a decade. What have you accomplished besides nothing in that same decade?

I don't need KTEC, KTEC needs me.

I am a professional broadcaster, not an amateur one like you Dr. Brown.

Look what was done from my apt? Who needs a radio station when I am one all by myself and all done from home, which puts KTEC 89.5 to shame.

That's the difference between a professional with the skills and experience and knowledge to do it, compared to a bunch of amateurs.

KTEC 89.5 fm is a joke and not worth anyone listening to it.

Time for new professionals to be in charge, not the amateur ones like you Dr. Brown and others.

  2. Probably the worst teacher available to the Institution. Talks about how hes hooked up with his OWN COUSINS. Absolute P-E-R-V-E-R-T, and an extremely weird person all around. I somehow got an A in this class while learning absolutely nothing. 4. Goodness this man has issues. The only professor I've had that has made me want to jump out a window on a busy highway just to get out of class for a few days. Kevin Brown Bookmark
