After almost a year a court case is coming to its conclusion and an end is in sight depending on the outcome at the next hearing scheduled for June 2, 2020. Where there have been many twists and turns in the legal process of standing up for ones rights as a journalist, a writer with an education, job and life experiences in many fields of study and disciplines, expertise's, and self taught in other areas of communication and skills most people do not possess or have under their belt or in their head as I do. A visionary with an imagination to create things that others would not even think of doing or attempt at all or even try.
The simple minded who give up before they even start to work on what is possible and what is not. Too busy complaining about what others are doing to make their lives miserable; instead of doing something about their situation to make a difference by helping others, other than themselves. Thinking the world is out to get them. When everything they do, they do it against themselves and want to blames others for their fears and short comings. As if they have something to hide that they don't want anyone to find out about themselves. Protective of the guilt they feel inside from all the hiding of their past deeds they don't want anyone to discover or find out about the real person or their true identity from the can of worms they opened all by themselves. With no one to blame but themselves when it gets exposed in a court room by the defense attorney during cross examination.
This case could drag on for years in the court system and each time even more and more of the accusers past deeds will be exposed for the world to see it all. As it would expose to the world who they really are, fearful insecure human beings out of control wanting to blame their loss of control onto others. Who in reality did not cause the problem, they did. Where they brought it onto themselves by their actions that in reality had nothing to do with the situation before them but only in their insecure minds by blaming others for their short comings in life.
Where a judge plays favoritism with those she knows and those she does not. By making life difficult for a defendant. While looking the other way on falsehoods and lies told under oath and presented to court, not just on one occasion; but several occasions with false documents filed under oath, full of nothing, but lies. And a Deputy DA who had no problem going along with the deception of these falsehoods because he is tried of hearing all the complaints about the defendant by his accusers and he just wants them to just go away, as fast as he can make them go away, if possible by sending the defendant to jail for these falsehoods. Which makes this deputy DA an accessory to false documents filed and looking the other way as if he never read or saw them. But soon discovers a simple case of trespass II was not the slam dunk he perceived it would be and now has moved on to leave his mess behind for someone else to clean up.

And all of this over a backpack placed on a bench at 203 Main Street, the Lake Tower Apartments while doing a news story. Where Melodi McGee the Managing Agent presented and filed these false documents claiming Clyde Long was a volunteer in her own statements to the court and her partner, the Apartment Manager Clyde Long. Who claims according to court documents filed by Melodi McGee under oath that Clyde Long is retired and does all this work for free as the manager, along with all the maintenance attending HUD meetings. When they are scheduled, and Clyde Long does all of this for free as a volunteer of the Lake Park Tower Apartments in Klamath Falls, Oregon according to the documents filed by Melodi McGee in her Restraining Stocking order, that was dismissed by Judge Osborn and the release agreement against the defendant enhanced to give Melodi McGee and Clyde Long added protection elsewhere. Yet, Judge Osborn dismissed both cases and denied the defendant his against his accusers. Which, the appeals court shall find quite interesting about where Judge Osborn overstepped her legal authority as a judge. Where her divorced husband, Douglas V Osborne was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2019.
And now Judge Osborn will once again decided the fate of the defendant on the Contempt of Court charge against the defendant for overstepping her legal authority in the Melodi McGee and Clyde Long Restraining orders where a perjury and contempt charge against them is warranted for both of the accusers and where Melodi McGee filed false documents twice. First in the restraining stocking case and next in the defendants trespass II case set for a Readiness Hearing on June 8th and a Trail set for June 10th, 2020 in the Klamath County Courthouse

Melodi McGee and Clyde Long thought if they could get a trespass citation against the defendant he would go away and that would be the end of it. Thinking as it seems some people do by assuming the defendant is homeless. People should never make assumptions, myself included as I have made assumptions too sometimes. But the majority of the time when I make an assumption there are facts to back up my assumptions about others that they are unaware I have access to. Or reliable sources who provide that information by way of written documents.
Another for instance is where Judge Osborn enhanced the release agreement against the defendant. If that had not been done when one of the accusers and others yelled and screamed at the defendant over a 100 yards away would have found them charged with threats. Like where on the video tape of the yelling and screaming one male can he heard saying in a threaten fashion, "You want a peace of this?" The accusers felt they had power over the defendant and would engage the defendant into a yelling and screaming match in order to have the defendant be charged with a violating the no contact order. When it was the accusers who instigated the no contact first. By their yelling and screaming in the direction of the defendant. Who was minding his own business taking videos for an upcoming tour that was being planned for the downtown Klamath Falls area. The accusers knowing that somehow it would be the defendant who would be arrested and charged with the "Contempt of Court". The same way if the restraining orders would have been approved they would have abused that power the same way it was done with the no contact order against the defendant. These are the type of people who abuse the system and use it to their advantage against others they want to control or make their lives miserable for the loathing they have for and directed towards this defendant over a backpack on a bench. Talk about insane that takes the prize along with the tax dollars wasted on this case from the get go. Wanting to know the state of mind of the defendant when the backpack was placed on the bench. Give a me a break. Where a state doctor interviewed and examined the defendant and wrote her findings for the court.
A trespass citation was not enough for these accusers where they are out for blood and to cause as much harm in return to the defendant for their loathing of him. To point of even filing false documents in the court knowing they had associations with judicial system by way of Judge Osborn. Even though the orginal restraining cases were submitted to Judge Bunch. The same trail judge over seeing case #19CR45438 set for a Readiness Hearing on June 8, 2020 and for trial on June 10, 2020 in the Klamath County Courthouse in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Where Judge Bunch due to a possible conflict asked Judge Osborn to oversee the restraining order case(s).

Where I am sure Melodi McGee and Clyde Long were known by Judge Osborn. Where the defendant once again was put at a disadvantage because Judge Bunch had read and wrote an opinion letter as to what the case against the defendant in case #19CR45438 and was more familiar with the defendant and his standing by the motions the defendant had filed during this trespass II case up to this point in time. Where the case was getting beyond the realm and understanding of criminal law for the defendant and it was now time to seek the services of an appointed attorney due to the defendants income status of being low income.
The attorney who was assigned to this case was a past Deputy DA herself and had worked for both Judge Osborn and Judge Bunch in her past employment as a law clerk and Deputy DA in the Klamath County Courthouse. So she knows both judges very well and how they think and work within the legal system where my attorney is also a part of the same group of people she has worked with and now on both sides of the table. Where this hearing by the motion that was filed on my behalf that at this moment I requested but have not read or seen a copy of it before the hearing on June 2, 2020. Where hopefully it will arrive in the mail either today, being Saturday May 30, 2020 or at least by Monday as by Tuesday it will be too late as the mail comes after the hearing time for Tuesday June 2, 2020. Where the Judge Osborn the same bias judge against the defendant will have to decide and make a ruling as to what's best for the community and the defendant since it seems the state has declared the defendant unable to defend himself by way of an insanity plea and the defendant's attorney will be speaking on behalf of the defendant at this hearing on Tuesday June 2, 2020.

At this hearing set for Tuesday June 2, 2020, where the Contempt of Court is on the table and the possibility of an out right dismissal by either the Deputy DA or the judge herself. Or an order from the court requesting certain things to happen for the defendant to complete but where there will be no plea of any kind, including with the fact there will be no, no contest plea either. There will be no plea of any kind what so ever with a right to appeal as there will be no waving of any rights what so ever or this case will continue on to the Readiness Hearing set for June 8, 2020 and the trial on June 10, 2020 with a six member jury of the defendants' peers.
To be continued...
