Just love phony people who are all talk and no action. And it's funny how I can get people to read what I write; but can't it seems to get people to show up for a meeting about organizing an event.
Go figure?
It's called lesson learned. Now back to the drawing board...

The People's Mayor
And another thing that drives me up the wall. Is when people want to work for you and learn from you; but they want to do it on their schedule, not yours.
In other words, you become the bad guy when you refuse to allow people to waste your time waiting on them to get around to where they said they would be on time.
But instead on their way there are other things that cross their paths that they seem to put first and you become last. But, in their mind you are first, but you end up last in their proprieties.
Then, you hear from the rumor mill that this same person who has a problem with being on time with other things first. Such as collecting donations in your name, which you have yet to receive. Nor given the authorty to do so using my name to do it. And you gave her ample time to come forward and metion it and she failed on that one too. She was fired before she actually started. Strike three in the attemp to get a personal assitant in the last 4 months or so to help me. One male and two females. One quit before they even started, the second one was using me for a place to store her belongings and the third not putting the job first over her personal busy life. I know from experice of that kind of help and I don't need it, it's not worth it. Been there and done that with that kind of person. No thanks, not again.
There were enough red flags to let this person go as it's better to cut your loss now; before she stolen lot's of donation's and you have to press theft charges against her and have to account for donations you never recieved.
Better to let the dead wood go now before it ends up with me getting burnt. Red Flags all over the place.
I have had experience with this type of personality before, and it ends up taking more of your time, than it saves.
You lose time, instead of saving time.
Thanks!
But, no thanks.
