BTS Field Supervisor Jennifer Fischer did not offer a solution but instead offered an excuse.
Klamath Falls— Hey James this is Jennifer down at Basin Transit. Just got back into the office and I heard that you had called in regards to one of our buses running early. Unfortunately, I wish it was running early.
But due to the snow and the road conditions our main lines were running about 40 minutes late. So that bus that you saw was actually way late, not early at all.
Um, sorry that you thought it was way early, but it was not.
Any who. Hey just thought I would call you and, ah, um. Hope everything is well. Happy New Years to you almost.
Take care,
Bye, bye.
