Klamath Falls— James C. Garland, former People’s Mayor Candidate for Klamath Falls Mayor in 2020, has filled for the seat of outgoing Klamath County Commissioner Donnie Boyd in a 2022 primary election on May 17th.

The People’s County Commissioner is running for Klamath County Commissioner in the Primary Election on May 17, 2022, and will be on the ballot as James C. Garland. Also there is a new local news blog called Klamath County Record https://klamathcountyrecord.blogspot.com/ that has been on a back burner for a few years now since April 2019, when the last article was written on it

Where the programs will be filled with Happs.TV personalities who have the talent to take on such a venture; both on Happs.tv and TNT TV Productions located in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

In the meantime, James C. Garland will be looking for volunteers interested in being part of the campaign for Klamath County Commissioner to help with fund raisers, setting up town hall meetings and other events through-out Klamath County for the May 17, 2022 Primary Election.

This is not the first rodeo that James C. Garland has been too as a candidate for public office. This will be the third such adventure for Jg to be involved with for as an elected official. The first two as city candidates, the third changeling election is in Klamath County with a population of 69,340 in 2021 with an increase from 68,789 in 2020 with a annual growth rate of 0.80% for Klamath County.
So this time around there will be more votes cast for James C. Garland than the 672 votes or 0.08 % for the People’s Mayor in 2020 in Klamath Falls, Oregon as the third name on the ballot for Mayor. To date there will be ONLY two names on the ballot the former Chief of Police Dave Henslee vs. James C. Garland for Klamath County Commissioner. Position 1. on May 17th, 2022 for the primary Election in Klamath County. In the state of Oregon 2022.
