Denial of 24-HOUR notice by tenant

Standing up for one's rights or the rights of others is not an easy stand and not everyone apricates it. But somebody has to be the one to do it. Otherwise, people would continue to be taken advantage of and nothing would ever change for the good of things.

Yet, the very person by the name of Ken who is in charge by the owner of the building to do the Maintenace is the biggest complainer of them all when it comes to AAA Management. Where it seems AAA Management hasn't been doing the 3 months apartment inspection by law according to Ken as they should have been doing. So, Ken feels AAA is neglecting their responsibilities by law according to Ken.

Where Ken feels it needs to be done. Where Ken has no problem discussing this and other things with tenants in passing or when he has conversations with them up and down the hallways in the apartment building at the Granvue Apts.

Like the comment Ken made to the tenant in Apt 16 when she was complaining how her dog who was not on a leash and never is but is required by AAA Management for all dogs to be on leashes for all dog owners. But depending on who you are and you association with Ken the rule is never enforced. Where her dog ran down to the other end of the hallway to the tenant in Apt 15, the same tenant who rescinded the 24-hr. notice against AAA Management.

Where during this conversation Ken motioned and mentioned the following comments. Where the tenant in Apt 16 did not need to worry much longer about the tenant in Apt 15 because according to Ken AAA Management and Mike the person in charge at AAA Management was going to evict the tenant in Apt 15 in 3 days for the complaints the tenant in Apt 15 made about the 24-hr Maintenace repair notice.

Where the rest of conversation continued on to something about the tenant's granddaughter and the tenant in Apt 15 and the granddaughter feeling uncomfortable about something but was not quite clear as to the accusation being made against the tenant in Apt 15 by the tenant in Apt 16. But soon will be cleared and a clarification rendered or face the consequences of a civil suit for bearing false witness against one's neighbor with unsubstantiated falsehoods.

People need to be very careful when spreading rumors and gossip about others as they may find themselves being sued for slander in a court of law with a civil suit, along with the landlord and his agent for malice and the spreading of misinformation to other people and tenants at the Granview Apts. See you in Court AAA Management very soon according to Ken the person in charge of Maintenace.
