The City Recorder runs city business and not the mayor
Welcome to Klamath Falls where the city recorder runs city business. Where the Mayor has no power to stop her, or even the County Commissioner.
Shameful and sad when the city recorder has more power than the Mayor or the County Commissioner in Klamath Falls and Klamath County.
Having a sick relative is no excuse for not doing your job and doing it correctly, even in your absence.
Claiming you were not aware of agenda items is no excuse for not doing your job correctly or find someone else who can in your absence.
City business does not stop because you have a personal issue and need to be away.
Either do your job or look for another one more suited to your leisurely attitude.
City business doesn't stop at your desk just because you are away on personal business. Your personal business is not the cities business but city business is.
Once again, your personal problems are not the responsibility of the city of Klamath Falls. But Klamath Falls city business is and if you can't handle both, then find a new job elsewhere as Klamath Falls is not your personal business play ground. Either do the job or find another job elsewhere as you are not needed here.
Help wanted: new city recorder for Klamath Falls, Oregon come next election or else. Time for a recall of the city recorder now for not doing her job but letting personal problems get in the way and keep her from doing so.
