At tonights meeting the vote was as follows:
1. Mayor Carol Westfall-No Vote
2. Ward I Phil Studenberg-Yes
3. Ward II Kendall Bell-Yes
4. Ward III Matt Dodson-Yes
5. Ward IV Dan Tofell-Yes
6. Ward V Bill Adams-No
The vote for the Ordinance to pass on the first reading was 4 yes and one no. 4 to 1 was the vote tonight on the first reading of the Ordnance.
One person from the community spoke up who was in favor of the Ordnance. Another person from the community stepped up and was against the Ordnance.
