Melodi McGee and Male Threats on video

Funny how things work sometimes. As I always say, things happen for a reason. And how ironic this all is. There is a friend of mine who for some reason always wants to compare the defendant with Trump and the impeachment trial. Never fails we can be discussing the Trespass II case and it ends up back on Trump and of course he is a Trump supporter, and he compares Jg to being like Trump when it comes to falsehoods, as he claims in the case against Trump.

Maybe he has a point, not with Trump but with this case #19CR45438 where not only have there been no facts presented. Judge Osborn has chose to up the anti on my case for the release agreement and yet ignored the false restraining orders by both Melodi McGee and Clyde Long, and just dismissed them. Where they both should have been charged with "Contempt of Court". Where Judge Osborn did nothing about the falsehoods that were signed under oath and unproved against the defendant.

Where at that same hearing instead ups the anti on the defendants' release agreement where Melodi McGee had no right to that extra protection that Judge Osborn placed on the defedant. All while, Ben Lykins was in the gallery smirking about it, from ear to ear, knowing very well that order was illegal, and the Court of Appeals is going to read all about it very soon in a brief to be submitted by the defendant in Pro-Se.

At this point in the proceedings, the defendant might want to order some pens, so that he can give them away with his autograph with the following:

With Judge Osborn upping the anti and Ben Lykins Deputy DA agreeing to it from the galley. Who needs a Trump Trial when there is plenty of entertainment going on locally in the Speciality Court right here in, Klamath Falls, OR. Where Judge Osborn should have added the CONTEMPT OF COURT charges against Melodi McGee and Clyde Long with real justice in mind. But no, let's pile onto the defendant more instead with an illegal ruling the misconduct approved by Ben Lykins Deputy DA of Klamath County who will soon be hearing about a complaint being filed with the legal bar association for his involvement of not wanting to hear anymore from the complaints from Melodi McGee. Instead Ben Lykins Deputy DA goes along with an illegal order by Judge Osborn.

Where defendant was arrested and forced to be in cell to be arraigned on a bogus charge of "CONTEMPT OF COURT", that should have never happened. And doesn't "No Contact" work for all parties involved? But, no just against the person who the illegally ruling was made against.

Interesting: 2 inmates that Jg spent time with on the pod, will be appearing today 1/28 with Judge Osborn from 2pm-4pm.
