Here is a little interesting twist in case #19CR45438 and it is that Judge Bunch is the Judge that Melody McGee and Clyde Long presented their restraining orders too.
But it was Judge Osborn as a favor to Judge Bunch heard the cases where Judge Osborn dismissed them and instead upped the anti on the Release agreement for the defendant.
If the false restraining orders had never been presented and filed by both Melody McGee and Clyde Long under oath to Judge Bunch, who is full aware of them because he signed them.
Which also means there would be no CONTEMP OF COURT against the defendant if the false restraining orders had not been presented and filed in the first place.
So in that case it is Judge Bunch that can and should issue the order of CONTEMPT OF COURT and could very well do that during the hearing during the Trial when the jury is deliberating the verdict on the Trespass II.
So Melody McGee and Clyde Long are not out of the woods yet, for their false restraining orders under oath before Judge Bunch who signed them, not Judge Osborn.
Interesting twist I would say?
Well, the pictures taken by the defendant are and have been for promoting an area for future walking tours in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Melodi McGee is hiding something she does not want anyone to find out about her. She will do anything, including lying on a restraining order that was denied and dismissed by Judge Osborn here.
But yet Melodi McGee tried to do it and abuse the system. And Melodi McGee should have been charged with CONTEMPT OF COURT, along with her lying partner Clyde Long. They both are hiding something but just what is it?
What do you think they are hiding?
Senior Abuse at 203 Main Street Lake Park Tower Apartments and Melodi is trying to keep her ex-husband from finding out where she lives. That is one of the reasons she fears he may soon find out.
The senior abuse is an on going situation that is why they both did not want me near 203 Main Street for fear the seniors there would share their abuse stories with me.
Some of the people were beginning to share their stories with me. And one story was about Melodi fearing her ex-husband would find her and her kids. All from sitting on the bench at 203 Main Street.
Melodi has a fear of people finding out where she lives. And some of it could also stem from her abuse and the crap that she wanted to blame on me.
Like this below, where Melodi McGee blamed the defendant, and accused him of being the one who did it in her restraining order, under oath and filed and signed by Judge Bunch.
They want to know if I am insane for my trial.
We are getting a doctor to test my sanity for the Trespass II Trial on April 15, 2020 in Klamath Falls, Oregon at the Klamath County Courthouse with Judge Bunch.
LOL!
This will be fun!
