Funny the video shows otherwise as to who began yelling at whom first.
And it was Dianne McGee that yelled first with, "You do not have permission to take pictures of my house. To film my house. I am the owner, not you. You don't have my permission. This is my space"
And the male voice that stated and can be heard saying, "You want a piece of me?"
All on video at a 100 yards away where not one picture closer than a 100 yards was taken or even near 234 Riverside Drive as claimed under oath once again to a police officer, by all the parties making false claims once again.
How many more lies would these people like to keep making as they are piling up.
And it was Dianne McGee that was the one who was yelling. And no where in Judge Osborn's ruling does it mention the name Dianne McGee.
So who is the owner? Dianne McGee or Melodi McGee.
Officer Kruger, really? Mr. McGee? and the following:
"He stated, "Yes, " Mr. Garland told me he was across the street taking videos and pictures, however there were not of her house'.
So technically it was a false arrest that should have never happened and there are going to be lots of people who are going to answer for it in civil court real soon...
How many more false claims are going to be made against the defendant?
