Melodi McGee and Clyde Long were hopping mad when they left the courthouse on December 9, 2019. Case Dismissed!

Wonder if you can hear the banshees from this distance?
234 Riverside Drive Klamath Falls, Oregon

Humm? LOL!

First right off the bat. The defendant does not belong in the -->Specialty Courts for case #19CR45438? Why, very simple. Defendant is not in need of a mandated treatment for non-violent individuals with substance use or mental health issues underlying their criminal behavior.

Talk about an insult, maybe it is time Ben Lykins take his own medicine and begin treatment for his mental health problem for even suggesting such a nonsensical thing in the first place.

And ladies and gentlemen Ben Lykins is paid for by your tax dollars to waste them on nonsense court cases because he is listening to complaints by the so call victims who file false restraining orders, IE: Melodi McGee and Clyde Long. Where Judge Osborn over stepped her authority as a judge and added a protection for Melodi McGee that she not only did not deserve but was not entitled too. As the Trespass took place at 203 Main Street, not 234 Riverside Drive.

Where most recently Melodi McGee and her mother Dianne McGee and a male companion started yelling and screaming and making threats directed towards the defendant. (An abuse once again and just think how the restraining order would have been abused if it had been granted).

Police report by Officer Krueger

Where the defendant was minding his own business some 100 yards away from 234 Riverside Drive. Where once again false statements were made on the police report by not only Melodi McGee and her Mother Dianne McGee but that of Officer Krueger.

And because they felt they had the power that Judge Osborn gave to them. They began yelling and screaming and threatening defendant like a bunch of Banshees or nutcases off their medication.

A person in the legal profession that I was having a discussion about this case mentioned to me the following: "That judges' can make any kind of ruling they want".

Humm? I don't think so as I disagreed respectfully. That's why they have appeals courts and a law review board where complaints can be submitted here.

The Specialty court held another session that was observed for the third time since the defendant was on the calendar. Last week one person was ordered arrested for not following the agreed upon requirements and showing up intoxicated for that persons' appearance.

This week there were a few graduates from the Specialty Court. And where one of the defense attorneys' went so far as to offer to take a defendant to her appointments if that would help the defendant complete their agreed requirements when they began the program in the Specialty Court.

Where this attorney (in my opinion) is going up and beyond her required job expectations, and should be commended for that dedication and effort up and beyond the call of duty. Which, more will be discussed in more detail in the up and coming continuing series on the Specialty Court Articles at the Klamath County Courthouse in Klamath County in Klamath Falls, OR.

So Stand by!

And the beat goes on...
