For the second time since June 8, 2021 AAA Property Management will have failed the annunal HQS Inspection.

On May 23, 2022 was inspected and FAILED HQS Inspection for a second year in a row. Which is becoming an annual ritual with AAA Property Management. Where AAA Property Management has had plenty of time to reschudule a corrected repair notice and correct stated repairs to be completed since the denial of entery on May 10th by tenant due to tenant's other obligations of running for Commissioner 2 in in the past primary election where the candidate to date has recieved 4,506 votes 30 plus %.

Where a false 911 call was placed to the KFPD under the false prestense that the tenant was theatening them and causing issues daily and harrassing them. Where the 911 call was made on June 12th, two days after the fact and the posting and denying of entery of the 24 hour incorrect notice served and posted at 9:50 AM on the 10th of June and the reason tenant was complaining about it on the very morning of June 10th in their lobby. Where after leaving was stopped outside the building and was told and threated by Mike of AAA Property Management, (by saying the following), "that if the tenant didn't like it, he could just move."

And that was before the tenant according to ORS 90.322 did the following: Posted denying a Notice to Landlord on the door of the apt, and a copy to his agent, made a verbal phone call, delievered a hand delivered copy and a signed copy sent by certified US mail.

All before a false 911 call was placed to the KFPD on June 12, 2022 under the false pretense that the tenant was theatening them and causing issues daily and supposealy harrassing them stated by Desiree of AAA Property Management.

Process of an abatement of payment from Klamath Housing Authority and a Unlawful Detainer in the court will proceed. See you in court AAA Property Management.
