Which got the attention of the tenant in apartment 15. Who at the time was posting the latest “Voice’s magazine issue number 48 onto his door. He asked what they were doing? And the reply was “We need to find a restroom.” Drug dealing by minors at the Granview Apartments The tenant in apartment 15 said, “What!” And the Juveniles continued to insist they needed to find a restroom. And went on to ask if they could us the tenants’ restroom. Whereby the tenant in apartment 15 replied and said, “No! You can’t use mine. Besides you are minors and there is no way I would let you inside my apartment." The Juveniles then headed next door to apartment 17. When the tenant yelled at them and said, “Don’t knock on her door she is disabled and elderly. What is the matter with you kids.” From there they took the far end parking lot exit door on the second floor. The tenant at that time finished taping the “Voices” magazine on his door and then went inside and got his keys and headed to the first security door on the second floor closest to the street entrance into the parking lot at the Granview Apartments. And when the tenant got outside the door, he asked the Juveniles, “What are you doing here, you don’t belong here.” When this Middle School age male about 4 foot give or take. The juvenile male approached the tenant in apartment 15 in an aggressive stance and if he could have reached the tenants face said, “It’s none of your business.” That’s when the tenant said, “It is my business, do you live here? And the juvenile went on to state. “No, but we are waiting to be picked up” The Tenant asked again’? Why are you here? Whereby the juvenile mentioned, “We are visiting the tenant in apartment 26. ”And it is none of your business.” It is my business said the tenant in apartment 15, I happen to live here and you don’t. Get off the property now. And the juvenile said, “We are waiting to be picked up”. The tenant then headed for the security door and when leaving the presence of the gang of juveniles said, “We will see about that,” and entered the security door and headed to apartment 15 on the second floor of the Granview Apartments where the tenant lives in Apartment 15. Out of control minors visiting tenant in Apartment 26 Well after the confrontation the tenant decided to head to the Maintenace Supervisor’s apartment 23 to complain and bring to his attention of what had just transpired between the tenant and the juveniles and the knocking on tenant’s doors wanting to use the restroom. Where the Maintenace Supervisor’s suggested tenant in apartment 15 contact AAA Property Management and let them know what happened and see what they do about it. It was Sunday and the St Patrick’s holiday for the Irish. It's the principal. When I confronted one of the minors and asked what they were doing here he said it was none of my business as he was almost in my face about it. He is lucky I don't have the minor charged with an attempted assault of a senior citizen. There was a group of about 10 to 12 minors running loose in the building and property. And out of spite ripped my news articles off my door. Which has never happened not even once in years that I they have been posted on my door until these minor out of control delinquents. Which the tenant in apt 26 is responsible for them being here in the building and being unsupervised. I am leaving my door just as it is for other tenants to see what kind of a tenant lives in apt 26 to allow these uncontrollable minors to run loose in this building. It is the tenent in apt 26 to get control of the situation and AAA Property Management's as well to do something about it so it does not ever happen again/ And the parents of this said minor needs to be notified as well. IMO, so they can discipline their unrulily minor child.
