A great view from my bedroom window and sliding glass door but the apartment inside sucks and is full of roaches running lose all over the place, not only in my apartment but the entire building in the Grandview Apartments located at 321 N. 5th Street.

Is to find a new place to move to coming this spring as most landlords right now are on Christmas and New Years vacations, and that goes for government agencies as well. Such as the Klamath Falls Housing Authority KHA. That makes if rather difficult to move as well as the winter weather doesn’t help either when you have no transportation other that the public transportation BTS in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Since I was unable to get the answers, I needed from Salem Housing Authority SHA for my share or portion of the rent until after I signed a contract and had the SHA inspectors come out and inspect the property before Salem Housing Authority could give me a figure as to how much my share of the rent was going to be and how much SHA would be paying as their share on my “Choice Voucher” that was transferred from Klamath Falls Housing Authority KHA to Salem Housing Authority SHA with all the paperwork, 3 Amtrak train trips, motels, food, taxis along with my valuable time to try and make it all happen with the best deal at the time at the Willamette Estates with two free weeks free rent and with no deposit for the apartment in order to move in and move to Salem, Oregon.

This moving began back in August whe I first started trying to move off this hill at 5th and High Streets in Downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. And all the 30-day notices had to give each month, to only have them resented again the next month in order to have my present rent paid at the cockroach infested apartment in the Grandview Apartments located at 321 N. 5th Street, Klamath Falls.

Here it is barley winter and I am still stuck in this cockroach infested apartment in the Grandview Apartments located at 321 N. 5th Street until I can start looking again for a new place to move to after over 8 years now living on this hill on 5th and High Streets until it thaws out and nice days are here among us come late spring or early summer before I may be able to finally get off this cockroach infested apartment in the Grandview Apartments located at 321 N. 5th Street.
