Melodi McGee and Male Threats on video

Had to ask several times to make sure I was at my hearing for 10 AM on the Hearing Readiness for Trail pre-scheduled with Judge Bunch with the appointed attorney. It was told to me I could use the phone to call my attorney collect and maybe she would get the message I was in lock up and could not be at the hearing due to the false arrest that was ordered by Ben Lykins, Deputy DA. The one phone call I was allowed to make I couldn't make it because the phone number to the attorney was in my wallet and it was taken away from me and placed with my other things I had with me when I was arrested.

During the time my booking photo was being taken and where they were unable to get the fingerprint machine to scan my finger prints correct. Several times different Klamath County Deputies tried to get it done. I suggested they have to do it the old way, with ink. And when they finally go my records back. I made it point to mention to Officer Krueger to tell Chief David I said hello before he went back out on the streets. Officer Krueger asked, What's his name?. And I repeated "Tell Chief David I said James Garland said hello, his boss." Then Officer Krueger went on his way. As they readied me to be taken to my cell.

While waiting they brought me a tray of the most awful food I have ever tasted, less have eaten. I was not that hungry. It was terrible. The only thing I ate was the pineapple the rest of it was, "yuk". And I drank the juice and that was about it.

I was issued a few blankets and some pink and brown cloths to get ready to be taken to get a shower and change from my street cloths to their inmate clothing. But they had me take a shower first then put on the inmate pink sweat pants and top, along with a tan or brown cover shirt of some kind or the other.

At this point I was beginning to feel sick to my stomach, like I was to throw up but didn't and went I first arrived I asked to go to the restroom and after a while I was allowed to go to the restroom. And the next thing after being taken to my cage it was not time to let the inmates out. But I had no idea what was going on as they never gave me a rule book but they forced me to sign a statement saying I had received one. Another inmate yelled down to the Deputy that he needed to open my cell door so I could go out into the pod with the rest of the inmates in lock up.

While out and about I met some of the inmates that I will share their stories later on down the road. Well, I am tired now. So I am going to rest and write more later in the morning to document what happened and write all about it with the BS that I have just come through.
