Specialty courts are specialized court sessions that offer an intensive probation program for people with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Specialty courts aim to address the underlying problems that can cause criminal behavior.

What are Specialty Courts?

Specialty courts are problem-solving courts that operate under a specialized model to provide court-directed supervision and mandated treatment to nonviolent individuals with substance use or mental health issues underlying their criminal behavior. Specialty Court judges typically impose a strenuous regimen of treatment and accountability that requires a strong personal commitment from participants to take control of their lives to eliminate substance use and sustain a crime-free lifestyle.

Right now following along with the cases from 4 Inmates presently that the defendant met at the Klamath County Jail and one out of custody that I met in the courtroom. Three on the present list from the past three Tuesdays, starting with defendants' own Specialty court Hearing Pre-Trial Conference.

Where defendant choose not to take the deal from the Deputy DA Ben Lykins but choose to go all the way to trial on April 15, 2020. That way the defendant can face the witnesses and claims against defendant and their background will be presented at Trial and the CONTEMPT OF COURT hearing during jury deliberations.

Melodi McGee and Clyde Long will have to take the stand under oath before the very same judge that they lied to, with their restraining orders filed under oath. And that same Judge is Judge Bunch, not Judge Osborn whose ruling is being filed as a complaint with the Law Review Board and Court of Appeals.

Signed under oath. Where Melodi McGee should have been charged with CONTEMPT OF COURT for all the lies.

Let's not forget all the lies by Clyde Long, Melodi McGee's side kick. And the false PO he signed under oath.
