History Repeats itself in personal lives and politics Part Three

Jim Garland TNT World Wide May 3, 2020 Klamath Falls, Oregon

After getting help to return to the Mainland from Ocean View, Hawaii, the Big Island where I spent 4 months as some would refer to as paradise. Not quite. But that is another story for another time.

Arrived in Klamath Falls, Oregon on Amtrak from the flight from Kona Airport on the Big Island that landed in Portland, Oregon after a layover in San Francisco, CA. The first thing to do was to find housing again but this time in Klamath Falls, Oregon, not in Tulelake, CA. As I had, had enough of the BS in Tulelake, CA, enough to last a lifetime. A police chief that should have been fired years ago, but now he is still there up to his same old tricks. His enemies are just waiting until he no longer wears a badge, then his days will be number at that point. Where this idiot made so many false claims about me and his predictions of what my future would be like. It is not my future that he needs to be worrying about, but his own.

Spent the first year with my roommate, the student in his sophomore year at OIT on Denton Way as he did his thing and I did mine. With very little contact with each other as I would spend most of my time in my room. It was was the beginning of the 2016 Election. And I think he and his family were Trump supporters. So was not a subject to be discussed or even brought up. A strange situation but I made it and while he was away up in northern Oregon with his family, I got served with an eviction notice. Which was fine with me as I always believe things happen for a reason, and most of the time good reasons. So I ended up back temporary with the former Mayor Tom of Tulelake and his wife Margie.

But not for long, as the Klamath Housing HUD program had come through and I was set for an appointment to finish the rest of the requirements under the HUD program and what the HUD rent amount would be each month. I started to look again for an apartment this time and finally went back to Rookstool Management to see what was available with them. Rookstool Management is the same place I got the room with my roommate from OIT.

I would be able to finally have a place by myself again like I did in Tulelake, California. But with no roommates like in Ocean View, Hawaii, or the roommate situation in Klamath Falls, Oregon with the OIT student. Thank God, no more roommates. It was a one-bedroom apartment overlooking downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. At the time I had two choices to take the apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot down below with a carpet. Or the one with a worn-out wooden floor, but with a view of downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. I took the apartment with the view and a balcony.

I was not told by Rookstool Management that a person had died in my apartment or in the hospital, not sure which story to believe. But this person called the Wizard, first name David. David seems to be well known around the Klamath Falls downtown area by many, including a present Klamath Falls City Council member. Where David, the Wizard had all kinds of traffic in and out of the apartment, along with quite a few cats I was told too. That when David, the Wizard died Rookstool threw everything he owned over the balcony and into the parking lot below. Rookstool also had to replace the wall between the living room and the bedroom due to all the cat smells and odors. From the information I received there was so much traffic after David, the Wizard died that Rookstool Management waited a while before attempting to rent this apartment I now live in.

The first year, I just laid low and did not do much as I was still just coming out of depression and just wanted to keep to myself, but the 2018 Elections were getting close. As now it was around October 2017 and I moved into this apartment in November of 2016.

There was the Spring Fling, 2018 dinner for democratic candidates in Klamath Falls, OR when I first got out and started doing news stories again, like I did in Tulelake, CA.
