Comes now AAA Property Management making a false 911 call against a tenant at 321 N 5th Street for standing up for his rights.
Mike Hudson told the tenant if he didn't like it he could move. Where a week before Mike Hudson mentioned he had voted for the tenant as a County Commissioner 2. And where Desiree Ficken encoraged James Garland of TNT drop off the news articles where people could pick them up off the counter.
Now all of sudden because Mr. Garland denied their entry to repair the wall and plaster it due to Mr. Garland's Campaign schedule. Where the 24 hour notice on May 10, 2022 stated "Electraical panel repair" and listed it would take from May 11- May 14 to complete the wall plaster project. Tying up not only Mr. Garland but other tenants schedules who were served the same 4 day notice for repairs. ORS 90.322 (1) (ii) (f) Dated May 10, 2022
Mr. Garland gave notice on May 10, 2022 and posted and served the deny entery notice after visiting their office that same day. Where two days later after the fact a 911 call was placed claiming Mr Garland was harrassing and threatening them and causing issues daily and they needed someone trespassed for compaints about A/C not being replaced for over two years to AAA Property Management.

90.322 Landlord or agent access to premises; remedies.
(ii) A tenant may deny consent for a landlord or landlord's agent to enter upon the premises pursuant to this paragraph if the entry is at an unreasonable time or with unreasonable frequency. The tenant must assert the denial by giving actual notice of the denial to the landlord or landlord's agent prior to, or at the time of, the attempted entry.
KLAMATH HOUSING AUTHORITY-Unit was inspected on May 23, 2022 and Failed HQS Inspection and again failed Re-inspection on June 6. 2022. Next Inspection is on June 21, 2022 to complete repairs of holes in the wall, not "Electrical panel Repair" as claimed in 24 hour Notice.
ORS 90.385 Retaliatory conduct by landlord
Retaliatory Conduct by Landlord If the landlord acts in violation of subsection (1) of this section the tenant is entitled to the remedies provided in ORS 90.375 (Effect of unlawful ouster or exclusion) and has a defense in any retaliatory action against the tenant for possession.
