Family History of Tulelake- Baley’s Part 5
Welcome to Baleyville
We had our family reunions at their house because they had the most room.
The rest of the stories about the Baleys that I have to offer are all my childhood memories as my folks divorced when I was seven.
Eventually Baleyville fizzled away.
Mom, who by the way was Jody, sold the house and we moved away, once when I was 8 and again permanently when I was 10.
Uncle Ronnie and Aunt Sue moved into town.
Before all this though the brothers all farmed the Baley Farms but eventually each went their own way after Grandpa died when I was 14.
I however visited my Dad and Grandma every year and everybody in Tulelake knew who I was.
Next time I will tell you more about my Tulelake friends and boyfriends…….K to my adult life.
I think everyone always goes back home at sometime in their adult lives. What do you think?
