Power Trip...
It's a sad day when a landlord and a property management company personal get their feelings hurt over a 24-hour notice for repairs. Where their egos can't seem to handle being wrong.
Yet, it started with them ordering a replacement for a power box they felt needed to be done. Where the first notice on April 13, 2022 @ 10:15 AM only mentioned that on 4-15-22 between the hours of 10 & 6 "Maintenance Work" needed to be done.
No mention of a power box replacement, nor who was going to be doing this replacement work as requried by Oregon Law.
Then a week later another 24-hour notice was issued on April 21, 2022, except this time it was for 2 days from 4/22-4/23 between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM with the name of the company as being MEGA Electrical for Electrical repairs.
However, that's not what happened, instead it was a 24-hour notice for the Klamath County Inspector to inspect the power box work that had taken place back on the 15th of April with the first flawed 24-hour notice. Where it stated, 4-15-22 between the hours of 10 & 6 "Maintenance Work" needed to be done. No mention of a power box being replaced on that date, nor the name of the company who was going to do it.
Once again there was no mention that it was a Klamath County Inspector who would be inspecting the power box work on the 24-hour notice issued on 4/21/22, with no time posted on the notice. Except for the 2 days from 4/22-4/23 between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM, with the name of the company as being MEGA Electrical for Electrical repairs.
There were no Electrical repairs made on those dates, only the Klamath County Inspector for the inspection of the power box. There was no Electrical repairs on those dates by MEGA Electrical for Electrical repairs that day as stated in the 24-hour notice for those dates that there would be. ONLY the inspection by the Klamath County Inspector took place on that day and that's it. Another flawed 24-hour two-day notice given and posted on tenants doors.
Next, on May 10, 2022 @ 9:50 AM, a third 24-hour notice was issued for May 11-May 14, 2022 from 9 AM-6 AM for Electrical panel repair. With no mention as to who was going to do this repair. The Owner/Agent or an outside contracted company or vendor?
What was left to do was the plaster on the wall where the new power box had been replaced by MEGA Electrical.
Since the denal for entery due to other commitments by tenant for those 4 days, a false 911 police report was made under false pretenses two days after the the notice not to enter was posted and served to the Agent/Owner and Property Management Company.
And before the 3rd inspection by Klamath Housing Authority an A/C was finally replaced on June 20, 2022, after two years of complaining about it. Now it's a matter of the repairs to be done or an issue of abatement by Klamath Housing Authority to deny rent payments until the holes on the wall are repaired for the Electrical panel repair.

Kingsley Field Klamath Falls,
Oregon
On June 25th there was an open house at Kingsley Field where the public was invited to see F-15C ground and air operations, and multiple aerial demonstrations, static display aircraft, flight line operations and recruiting events, and local vendors.
Klamath County Fairgrounds and Basin Transit Service provided bus shuttles between the fairgrounds and the base every half hour.
The 173rd Fighter Wing, based out of Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon is the premier F-15C training base for the U.S. Air Force.
In the month of April five Kingsley Field jets retired from the fleet, either flying to “The Boneyard” or being hauled there on a trailer. It signals the eventual sunset of the F-15C and coming transition to the F-15EX.
The Sentry Eagle Open House was held in conjunction with the Klamath Freedom Days events. Additional Klamath Freedom Days events included the Klamath Kruise on Thursday through Sunday on Main Street.
