Klamath Falls, OR— The first article written was Tulelake Still in the Red on Jan 4, 2011.
TULELAKE, Calif– At the Tulelake City Council Regular Meeting on Monday, Jan 3 on the record it was stated the use of funds by the Police Department (Police Personal) Fund were used. It is an embarrassment following the exposure that the City Council had no idea how the funds were spent or who authorized them to be spent as someone dipped into the funds. And no one knows who did it with no fingers being pointed, but somebody did. And the question is who did? With the City of Tulelake extremely close to bankruptcy, all we can say is how sad.
Then after few years of time there was "I almost died." Part One on December 05, 2013.
I very rarely talk about myself, other than what my opinion is on things from my POV politically nationally or state issues. I have stayed away for a while from the local politics, but I am getting geared up to start speaking out again. Like when I used to try and have a local newspaper that I printed and passed out around town and had TNT online aka Tulelake New Times.
Then here on the blog Tulelake Times News "I almost died." Where it can be read in one post.
While taking care of a good friend in her last days I wrote about her last days. Anita Silva's Last Days. Part One
Anita Silver's Log as to her last days on earth and of those who were there to help her in her last moments and who were not. Her last wish was to die at home. And home was 631 G Street/P.O. Box 986 Tulelake, California, 96134-0986. Phone number Anita Silva 530-667-2150 in Tulelake, California.
With her two dogs Peanuts and Max. And I was there to help her do it as the only friend that was willing to. I did it out the love I had for Anita Silva as my friend and love she had for me as her friend. I will always love her until the day I die.
And on the blog Tulelake Times News Anita Silva's Last Days.
Tulelake, CA— Editorial: Have you noticed some people’s favorite past time around town is to gossip, and spreading rumors about others.
They try so hard to impress people by their gossip and spreading of rumors of others. Instead of talking about the good people do, they chose to do just the opposite. As if by gossiping and spreading rumors somehow give them this great power in their mind that they think they have over others.
"It's not the crime, it's the cover up" that leads to impeachment
There is an old saying in Washington: "It's not the crime, it's the cover up" that does the damage.
The Nixon Administration attempted to dismiss the June 17, 1972 break-in of Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate complex as "a third rate burglary" which it more-or-less was.
1972 was an election year and despite the wailing of Democrats about the seriousness of the campaign probably having ordered the break-in, Nixon beat Democratic Senator George McGovern 49 states to one that Fall.
By the time the smoke cleared over 38 members of the Nixon Administration or his re-election campaign plead guilty or were indicted for their participation in the cover-up.
President Richard Nixon chose to resign rather than face impeachment.
